Foliage was born from a simple belief: that the best cup of coffee isn't the fastest one. We opened our doors in 2018 with a pour-over kettle, a hand-grinder, and an obsessive love for origin flavors.

We partner directly with small-family farms across Ethiopia, Colombia, and Guatemala — paying fair prices, visiting in person, and co-creating the roast profiles that end up in your cup.
